All orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 buisness days provided all items are in stock at the time of  purchase.  For all orders placed on the weekends and holiday, processing starts on the next buisness day.  We will not be held responsible for orders returned due to insufficient/incorrect address, failure delivery or multiple delivery attempts. We have right to charge the buyer any and all re-shipping costs.  If you provide the wrong shipping address with your order, please contact us immediately via email at fatherzupworld@gmail.com and write 'Urgent Shipping' on the subject line.  Include order number, name on the order and corrected address.  We will reply to your request within 24 hours.

Exchanges can be made up to 7 Calendar days from the date of delivery. No refunds will be given, store credit only.  All exchange shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
